PURPOSE:To permit the formation of intricate picture patterns by forming a hologram forming transparent resin layer freely strippably to a base film and further forming a light refractive layer and transparent heat sensitive adhesive agent layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:The hologram forming transparent resin layer 2 is freely strippably laminated on one face of the base film 1. A metal oxide and metal fluoride having high transparency and high refractive index, for example, titanium oxide (TiO2), indium tin oxide (ISnO), zinc sulfide (ZnS), etc., are usable for the light refractive layer 3. The film thickness is adequately about 200-600Angstrom . The heat sensitive adhesive agent layer 4 is further laminated atop the light refractive layer 3 and a polyester resin, etc., are usable for said material. The film thickness of the heat sensitive adhesive agent layer is preferably from 1mum to 10mum.
