PURPOSE:To extremely simply reproduce a picture without using a monitor or a television receiver by removably providing a thin screen display board on an upper surface part near to the front surface of a VTR deck by a connector. CONSTITUTION:The connector 5 is attached to the upper surface 4 near to the front surface 1 of the VTR deck A on which a cassette inserting port 2 and an operating part 3 are disposed and a connector 7 is provided at the lower end of the screen display board B consisting of a thin color LCD panel 6. At the time of reproducing a video signal, the connector 7 of the LCD panel 6 is attached to the connector 5 of the cassette deck A. The video signal is modulated into the primary color signals of R, G, B in a chrominance demodulation circuit, thereafter amplified, and reproduced to the display board B through a controller. Therefore, the picture can be extremely simply reproduced without using the monitor or the television receiver.
