PURPOSE:To prevent the abrasion and breakage of a speed change hook by carrying out the buffer operation between an input pulley side and an input shaft side by a buffer winding spring and a buffer member. CONSTITUTION:A buffer member 9 is installed onto an input shaft 1, and a buffer winding spring 10 is installed so that a certain relation position between the input shaft 1 and a pulley 8 is maintained. Therefore, when the speed change engagement is performed between a speed change gear 3 and an engagement groove 6, buffer action by the buffer winding spring 10 and the buffer member 9 between the input pulley 8 is generated on the input shaft 1. Therefore, fitting and transmission of revolution into the engaging groove 6 by a speed change hook 7 can be carried out smoothly and reasonably for the speed change hook 7, and the abrasion, breakage, etc. of the speed change hook 7 can be reduced.
