发明名称 BATCH ANNEALING METHOD FOR TITANIUM AND TITANIUM ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce variance in the mechanical properties of a material after annealing by annealing the material in three stages by heating for vaporization, intermediate heating and uniform heating. CONSTITUTION:When Ti or a Ti alloy is put in a batch furnace and subjected to recrystallization annealing, the furnace is evacuated, the raise of the temp. is started and heating for vaporization is carried out until the temp. of the material is raised to 270-480 deg.C. An inert gas is then introduced into the furnace and intermediate heating is carried out in the gaseous atmosphere until the temp. of the material is raised to 500-670 deg.C. The temp. is further raises in the gaseous atmosphere and the material is uniformly heated at 600-750 deg.C and cooled in the gaseous atmosphere.
