摘要 PURPOSE:To form a poly-3-methylselenophene film of an arbitrary thickness on the anode by dissolving a 3-methylselenophene monomer in an org. electrolytic soln., putting a pair of electrode plates in the resulting soln. and applying voltate. CONSTITUTION:A 3-methylselenophene monomer is dissolved in an electrolytic soln. made of an org. solvent such as benzonitrile. LiBF4 or the like is used as an electrolyte. Two electrode plates are put in the resulting soln. and voltage is applied to form a thin poly-3-metylselenophene film on the anode plate. the polarities of the electrode plates are then reversed and voltage is applied to remove doped BF4<->. Poly-3-methylselenophene obtd. by this method can be used as an electrode material for a battery and a solar cell or a material for a photoelectron device.
