发明名称 Process for the preparation of L-phosphinothricine by transamination.
摘要 Prodn. of L-tert.-leucine (Ia) or L-phosphinothricin (Ib) is effected by tranamination of 3,3-dimethyl-2-oxobutyric acid (IIa) or (3-carboxy-3-oxopropyl)methylphosphinic acid (IIb), or their salts, with an amino acid (III) as amino gp. binder. Pref. the reaction is effected in the presence of a transaminase enzyme at pH 7-8.5 using a (III):(II) ratio of 1-5:1, esp. 1-2:1. The enzyme is used in pure form, in the form of a microorganism, or in the form of a cell extract or protein isolate derived from a microorganism. The microorganism is a Paracoccus, Alcaligenes, Pseudomonas, Serratia, Agrobacterium, Streptomyces or Enterbacterium strain, or a genetically manipulated microorganism, esp. E.coli ATCC 11303 transformed with a plasmid contg. a tyrB or 1lvE gene.
