PURPOSE:To promote the smallness of size of a valve and the improvement of its safety, by placing a valve actuating plate to be locked to a valve opening side while releasing the plate from its lock for a decrease of pressure in a predetermined value or more. CONSTITUTION:If a solenoid 30 operates, a ratchet 68 opens to the outside by protrusive urging force of a plunger 32, and a valve actuating plate 56 is unlocked cutting off a gas flow path by a valve unit 34. While the solenoid 30 performs resetting action causing the valve actuating plate 56 to also rise, and it is again locked in the uppermost position by turning the ratchet 68 to be reset to the inside. Further when the pressure of gas decreases, urging tension of the second and third springs 62 increases stronger than the attractive holding force of the plunger 32, and the gas flow path is mechanically cut off by opening the ratchet 68 to the outside by the similar action.
