PURPOSE:To easily detect an abnormal transmission control device by displaying a state that the right of transmission is delivered between the transmission control devices, by the simulation display part of an integrated and centralized display device. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission controller 22a has delivered the right of transmission to a transmission controller 22b, the TX LED 23a of the transmission controller 22a is lighted, and subsequently, the RX LED 24b of the transmission controller 22b which receives the right of transmission is lighted. Next, by synchronizing with this operation, the RX-TX LED 12a of a transmission controller 11 is turned off, and also, an RX-TX LED 12b is lighted. Subsequently, when the right of transmission comes to a transmission controller 22c, when the display of the transmission controller 11 is taken notice of, the RX-TX LED 12b is turned off, and an RX-TX LED 12c is lighted. In the same way, when the right of transmission to each transmission controller comes, the RX-TX LED of the transmission controller 11 being a centralized display device corresponding to its transmission controller is lighted, and the RX-TX LED which does not correspond to the transmission controller concerned is turned off.
