Apparatus for preserving cavities, especially those of a vehicle bodywork (3) by means of spray nozzles (nozzle system 6), in which, to each cavity, there is allocated at least one spray nozzle adapted to it in the spray pattern with the nozzle head (17, 35) of the spray nozzle being in a fixed position in the cavity during the spraying operation, and in which a positioning device (1) for the positioning and holding fast of the vehicle body-work (3) and a carrier frame (2) fitted with the spray nozzles are provided, the positioning device (1) and the carrier frame (2) being movable in a vertical direction with respect to one another, characterised in that each spray nozzle (nozzle system 6) is transferrable into an inoperative position on a a predetermined pressure loading being exceeded.</p> |
