<p>Device comprising, on the one hand, above a cutting-out table (10), four centring arms (21, 22) and (23, 24) mounted so as to pivot in pairs about vertical joining shafts (24, 25, 26 and 27) carried by two edge supports (28 and 29) and, on the other hand, beneath the cutting-out table (10), an actuating mechanism (6) comprising a rotating plate (30) controlled tangentially by a dual-action jack (33), the said plate comprising curved and parabolic apertures (35) and (36), along each of which moves a guiding element which is controlled in terms of translational movements by a translational device (37 or 38), the said guiding element being kinematically connected via a connecting-rod/crank assembly to the vertical joining shafts (24, 25, 26 and 27) controlling the arms.
