PURPOSE:To automate the stroke adjustment of a lifting shaft, shorten the adjusting time, and improve productivity by changing the eccentricity with the junction point between a drive shaft and the rotary axis of the drive shaft. CONSTITUTION:A drive shaft 7 and a lifting shaft 8 are kept in a free state to each other, and a housing 1 is lowered using a ball screw. A slide block 26 is guided by a slide guide 25 and is relatively lifted, and the center of a connector 29 is decentered with an eccentricity (e) against the axis of the drive shaft 7. The vertical, reciprocating, linear motion with a stroke of 2e is applied to the lifting shaft 8. In this case, the ascent or descent of the housing 1 is controlled by inputting the stroke value to a control system, and the stroke can be set in response to the axial length of a work, thus the adjusting time is shortened and the productivity is improved. |
