At this time, the cylinder structure 50 fixed to the floating frame 44 is horizontally kept at all times, and the distance between the center position in the axial direction of the cylinder core 46 and the tip of the anvil core 36 of the upper anvil structure 42 and the distance between the center position and the tip of the anvil core 9 of the lower anvil structure 19 are always equalized. |
