PURPOSE:To prepare the titled ice shaving keeping the taste and flavor or natural fruit and matching with the taste of modern people, by impregnating a lemon slice with a syrup and placing the slice on a specific ice shaving filled in a cup. CONSTITUTION:Ice shaving 1 is sugared to a sugar content of >=15% with a syrup composed of 100-30wt% monosaccharide (e.g. glucose, fructose, etc.) and optionally added with 0-70wt% polysaccharide (e.g. sucrose). The ice shaving is filled in a container 2 such as a cup made of expanded styrol. A round slice of lemon 3 impregnated with a syrup having a sugar content of >=40% is placed on the top of the ice shaving and sealed with a transparent lid 4 made of e.g. PP.
