PURPOSE:To enable discharge of pressure oil by applying shrinking force by oil pressure onto two points such that the force being applied onto one point slides over a circular arc while the other moves over a plane. CONSTITUTION:Point C of a rack 1 of a displaceable board engages at two points of a fixed circular arc 2 while the portion L of a L-type shrinkable rod 3 LM is contacting at the point C of an arc of the displaceable board. When pressure oil is injected into an oil tube 5 of the L-type shrinkable rod 3, a shrinking force junctions between two points in L section and K section of the L-type shrinkable rod 3. The force being applied onto the L section is supported at the point C of the displaceable board arc while the force being applied onto the K section is supported by oil pressue generating in the oil tube 10. Since the oil discharge port of the oil tube 10 is choked under this condition, the force is balanced at two points but when the oil discharge port is opened, the pressure in the oil tube 10 is removed thereby the oil can be discharged.
