PURPOSE:To dispense with a release layer, by forming a hot stamping foil by providing a heat resistant cured resin layer on a base film and laminating a transfer layer consisting of a protective layer, a metal vapor deposition layer and an adhesive layer to said resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A heat resistant cured resin layer 2 is provided on a base film 1 and a transfer layer consisting of a protective layer 3, a metal vapor deposition layer 4 and an adhesive layer 5 is laminated to said heat resistant cured resin layer to form a hot stamping foil. In this hot stamping foil, the transfer layer 6 is released at the interface of the heat resistant cured resin layer 2 and the protective layer 3 at the time of hot stamping to be transferred to an object 7. The heat resistant cured resin layer is pref. formed of a heat curable resin or an active energy beam curable resin. |
