PURPOSE:To obtain a novel dessert food, by adding a syrup and jelly to milk and shaking or stirring the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Shake-and-jelly suitable as a dessert food can be produced by seasoning a milk with a syrup and a jelly and shaking or stirring the mixture. A shake-and-jelly set is prepared by combining a jelly with a syrup for seasoning a milk. The above shake-and-jelly can be easily prepared simply by mixing the shake-and-jelly set to a milk. The syrup and the jelly can be sterilized at the same time and can be easily handled in the distribution stage or after being delivered to consumers. Preferably, the shake-and-jelly set contains the syrup and the jelly in the same container. |
