PURPOSE:To apply request processing by providing a suppressing means suppressing the access of all succeeding requests and a suppressing effective flag generating means controlling the effectiveness/ineffectiveness corresponding to the suppressing means so as to avoid the complicated processing. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of a selection means 7 selecting one of plural requests and outputting the result to a request processing section 10 depending on the busy state of the request processing section 10 applying the execution and processing of a request and on the result of discrimination of the priority between devices, a suppressing means 15 suppressing the access of the succeeding request until the processing of the preceding request is finished by the selection output of the request and a suppression effective flag generating means 16 controlling the effectiveness/ineffectiveness of the suppressing means 15. In setting the output of the means 16 to 0, the same operation as a conventional operation is applied and in setting the output to 1, the bug avoidance mode is obtained and the next request is awaited at a port section until one request processing is finished.
