摘要 PURPOSE:To make parts stably holdable in a catcher, by feeding these parts, with pressure, piece by piece from a parts feeder at every work cycle, and supplying air all the time when this part is held in the catcher. CONSTITUTION:When a signal for work starting is entered, a parts feeder 30 is set in motion, and only one piece of parts is fed, with pressure, to the inside of a feed hose 25 via air. Supply of this air is continued all the time when the part is held by a jaw 22 of a catcher 20, and successively this part is advanced forward while rotating a clamping member. With this constitution, the part goes forward as being supported by a clamping action member, thus the part is clamped to a work. If this operation is over, this clamping action member is returned to its original position, and when the next start signal is entered, the above-mentioned operation is repeated. Therefore, even in case of parts of a short screw being relatively leg long to a head diameter, a bolt or a nut, etc., stabilized holding is securable at all times.
