PURPOSE:To aim at equalization of the temperature at a blade effective part by forming a hollow blade-effective part from a plurality of cylindrical cooling- medium conduit tubes bonded together in series, and then feeding a cooling medium into the conduit tubes by means of an orifice plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cylindrical cooling-medium conduit tubes 3 are bonded together with an adhesive 5 so that a hollow blade-effective part 2 is formed. The conduit tubes 3 are connected by means of an orifice plate 9 to a cooling-medium inlet passage 8 at a blade root part 1. The orifice plate 9 is used to adjust the velocity of flow within the conduit tubes. Thereby, the temperatures at the blade effective part 2 can be equalized.
