PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking of a paint film to a region where the paint film is not coated by maintaining a prescribed pressure in a shielding body disposed to enclose the region of a wall surface where the paint film is not coated and spraying a paint film liquid to the wall surface while allowing gas to flow out of the spacing between the shielding body and the wall surface. CONSTITUTION:The shielding body 21 is disposed to enclose the region 3 (neck part) of the wall surface of a funnel 1 where the paint film is not coated. The inside of the shielding body 21 is maintained under the prescribed pressure and the paint film liquid is sprayed from a nozzle 12a to the inside wall surface in the cone part 2 of the funnel 1 while the gas is allowed to flow out of the spacing between the shielding body 1 and the wall surface of the funnel 1. As a result, the sticking of the paint film to the region where the paint film is not coated is prevented and in addition, the economically advantageous method is obtd.
