PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a roll by mark on a material and the deviated burning of a roll making a difference in the transfer distance of the going way and returning way and changing the table stopping position on each one cycle of the oscillation transfer. CONSTITUTION:A speed bias signal 10 is inputted into an adder 3 by being selected at only the going way FWD time by the speed reference discriminater 11 discriminating the going way FWD and backing way REV of a speed reference signal 1, so the transfer speed is increased by the speed bias signal 10 portion. A transfer material detector 21 detects a transfer material 7 and then a going too far preventing timer 22 is worked to cut off the input to the adder 30 of a fixed time speed reference signal 1 and speed bias signal 10 and to input the going too far preventing speed signal 20 as well, returning to the material backing way REV side. Due to the material transfer distance being varied in the going way and backway at the oscillation transfer time like this no roll mark is caused on the material.
