PURPOSE:To allow an operator to know a time turning a reference light receiving part to the sun, by detecting that the present time is within a predetermined time range by a time detection means to operate an alarm means. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 14 compared the present time read from a clock part 16 with the predetermined time range, wherein the spectral energy distribution of sun rays shifts from a definite range corresponding to a season, weather or time, from a memory part 17 and, when the present time enters the predetermined time range, said computer 14 displays an alarm message on a display apparatus 15 so as to turn a reference light receiving part B toward the sun S. Therefore, the forgetting of work turning the reference light receiving part B toward the sun S is prevented certainly.
