PURPOSE:To prevent a call-rejected party from performing several callings without understanding rejection by providing a means for registering parties for selective incoming call in advance and a means for sending a rejection message to the rejected party. CONSTITUTION:With an incoming call, a read register 21 reads a caller number and sends the result to a decision means 5. The decision means 5 discriminates the rejection condition and when a caller number is coincident with any of objective registering numbers, a rejection message corresponding to the registered number coincident with the caller number is sent to a channel B1 through a CODEC 15, and when the message is finished, a busy tone signal is sent to the said channel D.
