摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at the shortening of exposure time, by covering a cylindrical ultra-high pressure mercury lamp with a slit having the specified opening width, and interlocking it with a driving mechanism which reciprocates a lamp house shaping a bundle of rays into a rectangular form, in a horizontal direction orthogonal with a tube axis of the ultra-high pressure mercury lamp. CONSTITUTION:A table 6 is supported as capable of reciprocating in the horizontal direction along a guide 7a of a base 7, and a crank 5 rotating with a vertical shaft 5a as the center and the table 6 are connected by a connecting rod 8. And, an ultra-high pressure mercury lamp 2 of a lamp house 1 is directed in a direction orthogonal with a moving direction of the table 6, and a slit 3 is set to the upward attitude, the lamp house 1 is set to the table 6, and with rotation of the crank 5, the lamp house 1 on the table 6 is reciprocated along the guide 7a of the base 7. Therefore, the lamp house 1 is orthogonalized to a tube axis of the ultra-high pressure mercury lamp 2, and in order to have it reciprocated by the crank 5 as for as the specified distance in the horizontal direction, a phoshor dot being obtained through a shadow mask comes to a round form. With this constitution, the shortening of exposure time is promotable and, what is more, labor-saving in a production like is made attainable.
