PURPOSE:To prevent a so-called color mixture, sticking a heterochromatic luminous phosphor to a phosphor layer, from occurring, by forming an electrostatic preventive layer on a layer of the adherent material stuck to a photosensitive resin layer each time the adherent material on the residual phosphor or the like is removed. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive resin layer 8 is formed on a substrate 7, and the specified position, where as a first color, for example, a red luminous phos phor stripe layer 10R if formed, is exposed to light, making this exposed part contact with wet air, and a sticky layer 9 is formed there. And, a red luminous phosphor 11 given is removed and the red luminous phosphor stripe layer 10 R is formed. Next, an electrostatic preventive 12 is given, then the excessive electrostatic preventive 12 is removed, and the electrostatic preventive 12 is left behind on the red luminous phosphor stripe layer 10R alone, thus an electro static preventive layer is formed. At a similar process, there are provided with a green luminous phosphor stripe layer 10G, a blue luminous phosphor stripe layer 10B and a photoabsorption stripe 13 consisting of impalpable powder of graphite. With this constitution, a color mixture due to sticking of a phosphor different in a luminous color can be prevented.
