PURPOSE:To obtain not only the run track of a vehicle, but also other measurement data by encoding the blinking signal of a light emitting body as a signal source. CONSTITUTION:An oscillator 5 supplies a signal for driving an encoder 3, which receives telemetry; data 4 and encodes said data to a binary signal. The encoded serial digital signal is supplied to a modulator 2 to blink the light emitting body 1. On a light reception side, the run track of the vehicle is found from the angle of the photodetection of light while the body is blinked at a single frequency, and the coded signal is received and decoded while the encoded data is sent, thereby obtaining the telemetry data 4.
