PURPOSE:To obtain a powdery in-mold coating compsn. having improved resistance to hot water, by blending a specified powdery ethylenically unsaturated compd. with a specified org. peroxide. CONSTITUTION:A coating compsn. contains a powdery ethylenically unsaturated compd. (A) of the formula (wherein R1 is H or CH3) and at least one member (B) selected from the group consisting of tert-amyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate, tert-butyl peroxypivalate, tert-butyl peroxyisobutyrate, tert-amyl peroxyisobutyrate, 1,1-di-tert-butyl-peroxycyclohexane and bis-3,5,5- trimethylhexanoyl peroxide. The compsn. is thermosetting so that it is heated at a temp. higher than the m.p. thereof to melt it and to cure it by polymn. and crosslinking reaction.
