PURPOSE:To raise the permissible limit temperature of heat resistance of a probe and to expand its use temperature range by forming a heat-resistant electrode layer of aluminum which joins a vibrator and a protection plate or metallic material between the both. CONSTITUTION:Specially, an electrode part 6a between electrode parts 6a and 6b on both surfaces of the vibrator 5 of the probe 2 is formed of the heat- resistant electrode layer A made of aluminum-based solder material Al-Si-Mg alloy and the vibrator 5 and protection plate 4 made of ceramic are joined mutually. Consequently, the permissible limit temperature of heat resistance of the probe 2 is raised up to 550-600 deg.C and the protection plate 4 is fitted to a high-temperature object 1 of flaw detection through a contacting medium 3 such as silicone oil and molten metal Pb, thereby expanding the use temperature range.
