PURPOSE:To make efficient treatment attainable, by utilizing negative pressure by a pressure differential and buoyancy at the time of transferring a solid liquid inside a hopper, and making it so as to be transferred via a trap. CONSTITUTION:A solid-liquid separator 20 consists of a centrifugal separator 21 and a trommel 22 or the like. At this centrifugal separator 21, among solid liquids flowing in via a pipe 3, gravel is dicharged out of a discharge port 211, and sand and water are separated at the trommel 22 via discharge port 212. On the other hand, a transfer device 11 consists of both pipes 12 and 13 installed in the lower part of a hopper 1, while the pipe 13 and the pipe 3 are connected to each other via trap 14. When water pressure higher than that of the pipe 12 is imposed on the pipe 13, the inside of the pipe 13 comes to stronger negative pressure than the inside of the pipe 12, whereby fresh concrete ready-mixed with water inside the pipe 12 is pumped up with sybergetic action between buoyancy and suction pressure. At this time, the inside of the trap 14 is filled up with water and intercepted from the side of the centrifugal separator 21 in terms of pressure.
