PURPOSE:To prepare a slip to write prescribed data without a writing error and a calculating error by storing the data and a format necessary to prepare respective types of the slip and preparing automatically the slip. CONSTITUTION:A data storage part 4 stores the data to prepare the slip and a slip table 6 stores a format concerning respective types of the slip. An arithmetic information storage part 8, when the prescribed calculation is executed with the data stored into the data storage part 4 and the writing data are obtained, stores the arithmetic information necessary to the calculation. A slip preparing part 5 refers to the format of the designating slip from the slip table 6 in accordance with the selecting information of the slip inputted from an input part 1, reads the necessary data from the data storage part 4 in accordance with the format and prepares the designating slip. An arithmetic processing part 7 executes the calculation by calculation information stored into the arithmetic information storage part 8 by using the data stored into the data storage part 4 and writes the calculating data into the slip. |
