The invention relates to a process for producing injection-moulded parts in which a homogeneously molten casting material is introduced into a casting mould 1, 3 of two or more parts, to which a core 4 is allocated depending on the injected moulded part 5 to be produced, and left in this casting mould at least until hardening of the outer contour of the injection-moulded part 5. In order to accelerate the process of hardening, the casting mould 1, 3 and/or the core 4 is cooled at least in zones using a low-temperature liquified gas. To this end, liquid gas lines 7 are disposed in at least one bore-hole 6 of the casting mould and/or at least individual cores, which liquid gas lines are in connection with a thermally insulated feed line 8. The bore-holes 6 serve as outlets for the gas formed and have, to this end, a larger diameter than the liquid gas lines 7. <IMAGE>
