PURPOSE:To aim at preventing a semiconductor from jumping out at the time of table turning out, by installing a connecting part, connecting a turn table and a step motor, in a turnout aligning part, and forming a tunnel part on a coupling surface between this connecting part and the turn table. CONSTITUTION:A stopper pin 13a is installed in a turning shaft center of a turn table 10 of a turnover aligning part 8, and stoppage and passage of the incoming semiconductor moved up and down by a driving part 13 are carried out. The turn table 10 and a step motor 11 are connected to each other by a connecting member 16, giving a rotation of 180 deg. to the turn table 10. In this turn table 10, there is provided with a groove 10c in the forward direction, while a concave part 16a is formed also in a coupling surface of the connecting member 16, and a tunnel part is formed by both of these elements. Therefore, the semiconductor transferred on a rail of the turn table 10 from the stopper pin 13a is in no case jumped out to the outside owing to this tunnel even at the time of turn table turning over, thus high-speed promotion in this device is made attainable.
