<p>PURPOSE:To improve the smoothness and the transparency by placing a film of PET, etc., for regulating the surface of a color ink film, pressing it by a uniform force by a roller, etc., from on the film, executing a curing process to match a kind of a varnish, and thereafter, removing the film. CONSTITUTION:When a color ink film 12 of 3-4mum film thickness is formed, in accordance with on an intaglio cell pattern, by using a color ink which is mainly composed of a pigment, and an electron beam hardening type varnish, by an intaglio offset printing machine, it swells in the rear end in the printing direction. On the color ink film 12 surface, a clean PET film 13 is placed, it is turned inside out and placed on a press surface plate 14, pressed by a roller 15 made of rubber from thereon, and thereafter, by an electron beam exposing device, an electron beam of 5 megarads is radiated, and after having hardened the color ink, the film 13 is removed. In this way, a color filter having a smooth color ink film surface, whose average film thickness is 3.5+ or -0.1mum is obtained.</p> |
