<p>PURPOSE:To aim at reduction in a temporary storage space, by installing a three-dimensional rack housing a lot of pallets over all directions, and performing the specified pallet carrying-in-and-out operation in a way of controlling a stacker crane moving along an opening of the three-dimensional rack. CONSTITUTION:A crude tire in a tire molding machine 1 is housed in a pallet and carried to a delivery station 4 by a truck 3, then it is unloaded from pallet by a transfer crane 5 and carried to a coater 6. The coated crude tire is further is loaded on an empty pallet 9 provided at a tire loading pallet point 7 by the transfer crane 5. The pallet 9 is loaded on a stacker crane 10 made alongside the point 7, traveled between relative surfaces of two three-dimensional rachs 11 having each partition in all directions, and the actual pallet 9 is housed in a partition of the specified rack. The actual pallet 9 is taken out by the stacker crane 10 at need, and at a warehousing point 12, it is fed to a vulcanizer 14 by a robot truck 13, while an emptied pallet is placed on the point 7 in reverse procedure.</p> |
