PURPOSE:To prevent the titled copying machine from soon returning to its initial mode, even if the preparation for second original takes time, by providing a difference between a set time of an auto reset use timer after the end of the first copy, and a set time of an auto reset use time after the end of second copying, and making the set time after the end of first copying longer. CONSTITUTION:The titled copying machine has function for resetting the copying magnification, the number of copy sheets, the copying density, etc. to a reference mode, in case no key input is inputted even if a prescribed time elapses after the end time of copying operation or the key input time of a key other than a print key, and has components of a timer for counting the prescribed time, etc. In this regard, after the first copying operation is ended at the time of a double face or synthetic mode, the mode is reset to the reference mode, and also, a paper passing mode is set. In such a case, the prescribed time after the end of the first copying operation is made longer than the prescribed time after the end of the second copying operation. In such a way, this copying machine can have the time margin for replacing a first original and a second original. |
