PURPOSE:To obviate the generation of pinholes in a photosensitive layer by consisting an under coating layer of a compsn. contg. a high polymer of 30,000-200,000mol.wt. insoluble in a solvent for forming the photosensitive layer and a specific ratio of an adhesiveness improving agent and specifying the layer thickness thereof. CONSTITUTION:The under coating layer consists of the high polymer of 30,000-200,000mol.wt. insoluble in the solvent for forming the photosensitive layer and the adhesiveness improving agent at 0-20pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. high polymer and the layer thickness thereof is specified to 0.5-20mum. The high polymer to be incorporated into the under coating layer is insoluble in the solvent for forming the photosensitive layer. The generation of the pinholes in the photosensitive layer is effectively prevented and the durability of an org. photosensitive body is improved particularly when a polyvinyl pyrrolidone of 30,000-200,000mol.wt., cellulose acetate of 30,000-120,000mol.wt., nitrocellulose of 30,000-120,000mol.wt., and 11-nylon of 40,000-90,000 are used for the under coating layer. The adhesiveness of the substrate and the photosensitive layer in particularly is remarkably improved by incorporating the adhesiveness improving agent therein. |
