PURPOSE:To obtain a porous film having a pliability, good moisture- permeability, leakproofness and strength, by melt-molding a composition comprising a polyolefin resin, a filler and a monoester into a film and stretching this film. CONSTITUTION:A porous film obtained by melt-molding a composition comprising a polyolefin resin, a filler and a monoester as the third component into a film and stretching this film. The proportions of the polyolefin resin, the filler and the third component are preferably such that 50-250pts.wt. filler and 5-50pts.wt. third component are used per 10pts.wt. polyolefin resin. Because of its pliability and toughness, a linear low-density polyethylene is particularly desirable as the polyolefin resin. The mean particle diameter of the filler is most desirably 0.5-5.0mu. |
