PURPOSE:To improve a space factor and to attain miniaturization and the longer service live of electronic parts by integrally combining temperature control structure. CONSTITUTION:A heat radiation fan 3 and a fan 5 driven by a control switch 6, which interlocks with a thermister 4 additionally installed on the heat radiation fan 3, are additionally installed on the heat radiation side of the electronic part 1, whereby the method to control the temperature of the electronic part 1 with a Peltier function enables the highly integrated loading and ensures high reliability. Namely, the method is so constituted that a control switch 6 does not operate the fan 3 at a temperature of 0-25 deg.C and operates it at a temperature of 25-50 deg.C. Therefore the heat radiation fan 3 can be scaled down and the temperature control can offer high reliability.
