PURPOSE:To improve the general applicability of the whole of a system, by constituting a system in such a way that a memory on which a program generating the request message of a down line loading for a high-order computer is stored, is provided in a low-order computer, and a request message is issued from the low-order computer itself. CONSTITUTION:The program generating the request message of the down line loading is stored in an IPL-ROM2-2. The program is written from the IPL-ROM 2-2 mounted on a CPU2-1 to a main memory device 2-3 by a usual IPL, that is, the manual IPLs of low-order computers 1-2, and 1-3, and the stop operation of the low-order computer, then being executed. The program generates the request message of the down line loading, and outputs it through a communication control equipment 1-6. The message is handled as one of messages at a high-order computer 1-1.
