PURPOSE:To perform stable pressure control, by providing a discriminating section which compares each set value which is previously set by stages with fluctuating values and holding an output value by calculating the parameter of a control system in accordance with the command signal of the discriminating section. CONSTITUTION:The internal pressure measured value signal and supplying pressure measured value signal of a pressure container 3 are measured by sensors 2 and 6, respectively, and inputted into an input level discriminating section 17. Previously set the 1st set value of a low order and 2nd set value of a high order are installed to the discriminating section 17. When a measured value is lower than the 1st set value, a command signal is outputted from the discriminating section 17 to an output holding section 19 and a control valve 4 is fully opened and, as a result, the internal pressure of the container is increased. When the measured value of the sensor 2 exceeds the 1st set value but is under the 2nd set value, a signal which releases the maximum value of the pressure is outputted from the discriminating section 17 to the holding section 19 and, at the same time, a command signal is outputted to a parameter adjusting section 18 also and a new control system parameter is calculated in accordance with a prescribed program. |
