PURPOSE:To stably execute electrification, and to eliminate ground fog by setting a position of a magnetic pole in a sleeve to an appropriate position, generating a stagnation of a toner at the side where a photosensitive body is started to bring it into contact with a toner layer from a perpendicular which passes through the center of the sleeve, and generating no stagnation of the toner at the side where the toner layer is separated from the photosensitive body from the perpendicular. CONSTITUTION:A position of a magnet 6 of a developing machine 5 is fixed, a conductive magnetic toner 8 is carried by the rotation of a sleeve 7, and by bringing the conductive magnetic toner 8 into contact with a photosensitive body 4, the surface of this photosensitive body 4 is electrified. Subsequently, a stagnation of the toner 8 is generated at the time where the photosensitive body 4 is started to bring it into contact with a toner layer from a perpendicular which passes through the center of the cylindrical sleeve 7, the stagnation of the toner 8 is not generated at the side where the toner layer is separated from the photosensitive body from the perpendicular, and a development is executed. In such a way, the electrification can be executed stably, and no ground fog is generated. |
