PURPOSE:To improve the measurement accuracy of an estimated value corresponding to an individual difference by detecting a measured value by a temperature measuring means, storing it in a memory through a CPU, and calculating the estimated value from the variation characteristic of a response curve by the CPU. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 1 at the top of an instrument and generates an electric signal. This signal is inputted to the CPU 3 through an A/D converter 2, and stored in the memory 5 and displayed on a display device 6. The CPU 3, on the other hand, analyzes a temperature rising curve based on the temperature information to calculate a parameter P and determines a computed element based upon it. Further, the correcting function value for the response curve is found from the computed element and the computed element is substituted in a constant mathematical expression to calculate the estimated value. Further, a buzzer 7 and a power source 8 are connected to the CPU 3 and the buzzer 7 operates when the estimated value almost reaches a certain value. Consequently, accurate estimating arithmetic corresponding to an individual difference is carried out. |
