PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having improved film properties such as scratch strength, dimensional stability and flexibility by incorporating a surface active agent having a propylene oxide unit and an ionic group, and a polymer latex to at least one layer of a hydrophilic colloid layer. CONSTITUTION:The material contains the surface active agent having the propylene oxide unit and the ionic group, and the polymer latex in at least one layer of the hydrophilic colloid layer. The surface active agent having the propylene oxide unit and the ionic group is preferably the compd. shown by formula I wherein R is a group having 5-25C alkyl or alkenyl group and 1-50 propylene oxide units, A is 1-4C alkylene group, X is an ionic group, (m) is 0 or 1, (p) is 1 or 2. |
