PURPOSE:To provide the title retouching soln. which prevents overlooking of places to be corrected, by dispersing or compatibilizing a binder resin, a white pigment and a light color pigment in a volatile solvent. CONSTITUTION:A white pigment (A) (e.g., TiO2), 5-10wt% (per 100pts.wt. component A) binder resin (B) (e.g., PS) and 0.001-10wt% (per 100pts.wt. component A) light color colorant (C) having a pale color tone having a wavelength of 480-590nm (e.g., C.I. Solvent Blue 25) are dispersed or compatibilized in a volatile solvent (e.g., an alcohol) in such a proportion as to give a solid content of 30-70wt%.
