摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce adverse influences of effect by integrate control action and to nicely make control to comply with target program temperature by correcting control output quantity incorporating bias quantity corresponding to target temperature in the control output quantity and performing control close to the target program temperature. CONSTITUTION:A CPU3 finds the deviation (e) between target temperature Ts and present temperature theta, and finds control output quantities Mp, Mi, Md of proportional, integral and derivative control actions by equations I-III based on the deviation (e). In equations, Pb is proportional band, Ti is integral action time and Td is derivative action time. Further, bias quantity Mb is found by the equation IV, and control output quantity M=Mp+Mi+Md+Mb is determined based on these four variables. To find bias quantity Mb, control output quantity Mn corresponding to temperature data theta is determined beforehand, and bias quantity Mb is found to correspond to target temperature Ts at each point of time using Mn. Control output quantity M is outputted to an operating device 7 through an output circuit 6, and the temperature is adjusted to conform to the target temperature Ts by controlling the amount of current applied to an electric heater.
