PURPOSE:To uniformly mix two or more kinds of liquid paints, by fixing a porous material having a large number of fine continuous gaps to the entire inner periphery of a rotary electrode and allowing the supply ports of two or more liquid supply pipes to face to an internal space. CONSTITUTION:When two kinds of liquids are dripped down from supply ports 12 in a predetermined ratio, both liquids separately fall on sponge 10 and penetrate into the sponge through the gaps thereof by a capillary phenomenon while spread throughout the sponge 10 to gradually advance to the outer peripheral side by centrifugal force. The liquid mixture sufficiently mixed during the passage through the sponge 10 without irregularity exudes from the outer peripheral side of the sponge 10 to be sprayed to the oblique surface 6 of an atomizing cylinder 3 from discharge orifices 9 by centrifugal force and sent to the front end edge of the oblique surface 6 in a membrane form. Then, said liquid mixture is atomized by centrifugal force and the action of an electrostatic action to be discharged forwardly and applied to an article to be coated by electrostatic attraction force.
