PURPOSE:To facilitate durability improvement and manufacturing for various size products, by forming a plastic strip substrate being flexible and drawn in a uniaxial direction into a double-structural laminated body with a tread of abrasion resisting rubber or the like, and forming a lot of zigzag slits in parallel with the drawing direction, on it. CONSTITUTION:A strip substrate 2 having flexibility of nylon or the like and drawin in a uniaxial direction and a tread part 3 of abrasione resisting rubber or plastics are laminated, constituting a double-structural laminated body 4. And, a lot of zigzag slits 5 in parallel with the drawing direction of the substrate 2 are formed over the whole surface of the laminated body 4. With this constitution, tear resistance between these slits is increased, and durability is improvable and, what is more, dissimilar size ones are manufacturable with the same equipment.
