PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of lubricating oil by providing a control means which controls a lubricating oil quantity adjusting means in response to the output from a combustion pressure detecting means which detects the combustion pressure in an operating chamber. CONSTITUTION:For both nozzles 21A and 22A for the front side cylinder 1A, and for both nozzles 21B and 22B for the rear side cylinder 1B, two pumps 23A and 23B are provided respectively so as to supply lubricating oil independently each other. To respective cylinder 1A, 1B, combustion pressure detecting sensors 29A and 29B which detect the combustion pressure in respective operating chambers 5 are respectively provided. The signals from the sensors 29A and 29B are input in a control unit 28, and output is made to respective pumps 23A, 23B. Thus, since the lubricating oil quantity is determined in response to the combustion pressures, the consumption of lubricating oil can be reduced.
