PURPOSE:To easily prepare an org. wiring body at ambient temp., by forming the polymerized film of a monomolecular film or monomolecular built-up film of a tetracyanoquinodimethane complex comprising a specific compound on the substrate of the org. wiring body. CONSTITUTION:A tetracyanoquinodimethane complex to be used is a compound represented by either one of general formulae 1-3 (wherein R<1> is a long chain alkyl or alkenyl group, R<2> is hydrogen, a short chain alkyl group or a short chain alkenyl group but at least one of R<1> and R<2> is an alkenyl group, X is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group or an alkoxy group, TCNQ is tetracyanoquinodimethane or a derivative thereof and n is 1 or 2). The monomolecular film or monomolecular built-up film of said complex is formed on a substrate according to an LB method to form an org. wiring body.
