PURPOSE:To increase the strength by integrally forming a fan blade so that a welding line is formed from an edge plate by the charge of molten plastic in the longtitudinal direction into a mold for shaping the edge plate. CONSTITUTION:As for a core mold 21, the gate 24 of a liner 23 is allowed to communicate to the right and left edge parts and the center part out of each edge plate mold part 20b which forms the edgp plate 4 of a fan blade assembly body 2. The edge plate mold parts 20b alternately communicate to the gate 24 of the liner 23 in the longitudinal direction, and charged with the molten plastic. Therefore, a welding line 25 is formed in the longitudinal direction in the intermediate part of the edge plate 4, and the strength of a fan blade assembly body 2 can be increased.
